At TCC eWaste Solutions, we accept the following:

Computers, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers, Cables, Switches, Hubs, Servers, Tablets, Laptops, Phones and Basic Electronics.

Do you have old Computers or Electroncs laying around or stuffed in the back closet?  Scared to dispose of those computers because they contain Files, Documents and Pictures that you would like to get off of them?

We have Drop-Off Service or We will Pick-up from your location.

If you have Personal or Critical Data on your Computers, we will recover your Data for you at no charge and put them on an external drive when you donate your electronics. 

We us a D.O.D. Grade Wipe Software to wipe all hard drives. For unrecoverable Drives, We Drill them to ensure recovery is not probable.

Facts:

Recycling your used computers or other electronics is important. PCs, printers, monitors, copiers, and other electronics and office equipment contain reusable resources that can be recovered and used to produce new products. By recycling your old computer, you are ensuring the hazardous contaminants such as the lead found in CRT Monitors are kept from landfills or other locations where they could impact the local environment.

TCC eWaste Solutions guarantees that your equipment will not be placed in  a landfill, truly recycling or finding a way to reuse your equipment and that your data is securely wiped and disposed of.

Preparation:

What do you have to do to prepare your equipment for pickup?

Simply try to have it all in a location easily accessible to load.  Have any computer(s) needing data recovered labeled.

*Make sure ALL Apple Products and Chromebooks are removed from your school management systems and all iCloud accounts removed. Otherwise, we typically do not accept these items.

No other Preparations are needed.

Data & Security:

TCC eWaste Solutions ensures that all client data and software are removed from all electronic media. Corporate identifiers and asset tags are physically removed. Hard drive erasure procedures adhere to NIST 800-88 standards. We are R2-v3, NIST, NSE /RIOS and E-Stewards Certified.  Inoperable hard drives are drilled at our facility so that all data and software are unrecoverable.  We gladly provide Asset/Inventory, Wipe, Disposal and Destruction Reports for your Audits.

We use different platforms for refurbishing, recycling and upcycling. Some items we refurbish/upcycle ourselves, some items we recycle ourselves and some items we sell to other electronic buyers.  We reserve the right to dispose of the electronics by any means possible to include, selling, destruction, recyling and upcycling.   If being sold, we remove all hard drives and asset tags.

Our services are typically free unless we pick up items that cannot be recycled, upcycled, or refurbished due to MDM's or iCloud Accounts.   Only then will we invoice your institution for our cost in picking the items up.  Such cost can include mileage, labor, handling and disposal fees.  

We are located in Central Arkansas and generally pick up from locations within the state of Arkansas within 72 hours.
